Hi, I’m Michelle, a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience as an NP and 23 years in healthcare. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting women through every stage of life — but it was my own personal journey that truly reshaped my approach to wellness.
During perimenopause, I faced the challenges so many women quietly struggle with — weight gain, hormonal shifts, and feeling out of sync with my body. With the help of a compounded GLP-1, I lost 80 pounds and regained control over my health, energy, and confidence.
